Don’t Spend Your Whole Vacation Drinking Alcohol

People see vacation as an opportunity to unwind and relax. They’ve been stressed out all year from work and the pressures of home life and they want to just blow off some steam.

This often takes the form of drinking. There’s something incredibly appealing about sitting by the pool in a tropical paradise with a fruity drinking in hand. But often that fruity beverage is filled with alcohol and if you’re not careful you’ll be falling down drunk by the end of the day.

Many of the more popular resorts are “all-inclusive”. This means that food and alcohol is free and you can drink as much as you want. Of course people want to take advantage of the free food and drinks, but that doesn’t mean they have to get drunk every single day. Good alcohol awareness classes teach that there are other ways to enjoy your time away from work and the routine of life. You can definitely learn from a 10 hour alcohol awareness class that reading a book, going on a hike, or going swimming are just some great alternatives. And they can be even more fun!
