Czech Republic Vacations
- August 3rd, 2010
I love the Czech Republic. I love the pastoral countryside, the beautiful stone castles, the romantic bridges and the beer too, of course. I adore Prague, that city of cobblestones and awe inspiring old town architecture.
And the trolly’s will take you everywhere!
I love to wander the curved streets of Old Town and end up at the Old Town Square. It feels like I have traveled back in time, and I can imagine all the millions of people who have walked across the cobbled stones over the hundreds of years that it has been there. I love all of that, but most of all I love the Czech people. They are warm and loving and don’t flash inauthentic smiles.
There are no more magical trips that I can imagine than Czech Republic vacations!
Bicycling through the little towns and out to the gorgeous castles, and eating kolachky for breakfast, stopping in at a sidewalk cafe for the local beer, and just generally enjoying being right where I am, on vacation, in a magical contemporary country of people with a zest and love for life.
